Dial Up internet is the most basic model of Internet Access. To Access the Internet you need a Computer with a Dial Up Modem (Normally a 56k internal or external modem), access to a phone line and an account with an Internet Service Provider.

$9.95 - 10 Hours Per Month
$16.95 - 20 Hours Per Month
$24.95 - Unlimited Hours Per Month

If you exceed your Monthly Time allowance you will be charged $1.10 per additional hour (Up to a Maximum of $35)

A 20 minute Idle timeout and a 4 Hour Session Limit applies to all Dial Up Plans.

Terrorbyte.com.au has a National Phone Number, You can connect to us anywhere in Australia for the cost of a local call. We also have a very low user / modem ratio; what this means is that you are less likely to receive an engaged signal when calling us, especially in peek periods.

Choosing an Account

The Type of Account that you want will depend on your own habits and usage. There are two things that make up most accounts. You have a Megabyte Download / Upload Limit and a Time Limit.

Upload / Download Limit.
Many Providers monitor the amount on information sent to and from your computer, and may impose limits to the maximum amount you may download or upload without being charged extra. Uploading and Downloading does not only take place when you are "downloading software or updates", in fact just viewing web pages, sending Emails and chatting on-line all contribute to your Monthly Limit.

We do not impose any limit on the amount of information you Upload or Download using your dial up plan.

Time Based Limits.
Our Dial Up Plans recognize the amount of time you spend on line. If your a light user, 10 hours a month may be plenty. If you are often online, chatting or downloading software, then our unlimited plan may be more attractive.
